Posh Medical Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Posh Medical, we are committed to providing exceptional care while respecting the time of every client and provider. To ensure we can accommodate all clients seeking appointments, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 Late Cancellation Fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a $50 No-Show Fee.

Payment of Fees

Any late cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled at Posh Medical.

Patient Responsibility

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other clients who may be waiting for care and result in lost time for our providers.

This policy helps us:

• Respect our providers' time and schedules.

• Provide appointment availability to other clients.

• Maintain the health and sustainability of our business.

• Continue delivering the highest level of patient care.

No Exceptions

To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, this policy is enforced without exception. The $50 fee will apply to all late cancellations and no-show appointments.

Right to Refuse Future Appointments

Posh Medical reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dismiss a patient from the practice or refuse future appointments due to repeated late cancellations, no-show appointments, or failure to comply with this policy. This decision may be made at any time and is intended to protect our providers' schedules, our business operations, and appointment availability for other patients.

By scheduling an appointment with Posh Medical, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
